Participant Comments

This is the most cost effective, informative, REALISTIC, seminar I have had the pleasure of attending! You truly know your “LTC” information – your practical experience and ability to tie it into such an intense and exciting three day inservice takes talent – you have it. Thank you, thank you, thank you – and yes I do know what my purpose on this earth is for!!! Awesome handouts. C.B. DNS

Detailed survey preparation. Fantastic job! E.M. NHA

I found this seminar to be well paced & very engaging. It was extremely informative for me as well as thought provoking. I also found that it was therapeutic to be in the same room for 3 days with different disciplines who have a common goal but may not always work together in order to achieve it.
D.L. RN SS

I feel the presenters were knowledgeable informative and captured our attention for 3 days – excellent communication skills! Presented well! Each participant was eager to arrive & interact. C.M. NHA

Dear Kenda and Kathy,

I had my first State Survey last May as the Director of Nursing of my facility. It was not deficiency -free but considering the last year's survey result of this facility ( 3 Gs and H, immediate jeopardy on the first day of survey), this time the state surveyor walked in and my facility had no facility acquired pressure ulcers!! I made used of your survey prep guidelines and believe me, the surveyors were all over me with high praises and they were amazed how I turned this facility around. Again, thank you!! The seminar was well worth it.
